If I had a girlfriend I would, while a couple sizes are confusing it's not rocket science, I can usually geuss pretty well by looking now and if I know the band or the cup I can usually geuss the other one.

Yes, I've always known my partners' bra sizes. In fact, I've had to help several of them actually wear the right size, since it was clear that they weren't when I met them.
I reckon a lot of people KNOW what size their partner WEARS, but that's very different to knowing their actual size, because 90% of women wear the wrong size.
