When I was in highschool and a little after, I was dating this girl who had me totally wrapped around her finger. I didn't even understand how bad it was. She tried to weaponise sex lol. Only once I moved on from her I never let another chick do that to me again.
If she really loves and respects you, it's gonna take a looong time before she does anything like that to you. But you need sex to be healthy. It's on a similar level to maintaining a balanced and diverse diet. You're not gonna die, but you're much healthier for doing it.
