Besides, a guy's semen isn't produced in his balls anyway, only the sperm cells themselves, which make up only a very tiny fraction of the volume of the ejaculate. (The hormone testosterone is also produced in the balls but again, no healthy guy would want his balls to be "empty" of testosterone either. So the maker of this meme is just very ignorant about the male reproductive system.
