Girls, Do you wear bra while sleeping?

It's very interesting to see all of those answers, they differ very much from person to person:)
I wear a camisole with a built-in bra at night, I'm so used to wearing a bra that I can never fall asleep at night if I'm not wearing something there. I also sleep on my stomach and I think it's really uncomfortable to do that when I either don't have one on or if I have on a bra with a lot of support.
I also sometimes wear sports bras to sleep when I have to wake up early to go to a sports class.
It just depends on the night:)

You do or don't wear one? The only reason someone might wear one is if they have ginormous jugs. After wearing one all day that is the first thing that comes off after I get home, even before my shoes.

Nope, I have when I needed to get up and knew I would be too groggy to put a bra on go somewhere in a hurry. Example if I am flying out to the opposite coast and I went to bed late but have to get up super early to catch my flight.

I sometimes do, but I think it's better without. There are many health benefits as well if you don't wear one while you sleep such as better blood circulation. Try to do it without, you'll feel it.

Nope, bras are for support and I don't need support while sleeping. Plus with all the tossing and turning the wires wouldn't stay in place properly. I know some people prefer to wear them to bed though and that's okay, it depends on the person!
