It's her body, she can do whatever she wants with it. Longer labia minora do not bother me as there is more to lick and enjoy, plus there is more contact during intercourse. If they are causing problems for her, such as not being able to wear a bikini or physical discomfort, she should discuss the surgery with her doctor.

Thats extremely unlikely. I have been with someone that could tie hers in a knot and it never interfered with her clothing. In any case body mutilation is an unacceptable answer. and something that would be a deal breaker to me. I won't be with someone who has had plastic surgery, breast augmentation or any other surgical enhancement. And here is the rub. If she is willing to mutilate her body, she would be likely to do the same to her male or female children, and im not willing to let any innocent child suffer genital mutilation.
