That it feels good everywhere. I'm 31 in 4 months and I've been doing sport most of my life and a lot of stupid accidents in my childhood. But my body feels completely intact. I'm still playing volleyball and we got promoted to a higher league this year. The season got cancelled early sadly. I'm slouching quite a bit now I haven't been doing much except house work for a while. I need to do some exercise again soon.

I haven't done much to take care of my body except some sport, being reasonably careful and learning from my mistakes when I did get injured.
