Well try it out and see. It can be pretty intense if you keep going (some like it some don't), but if you get past that initial sensitivity it will tend to get back up pretty quick. If you want you can kind of do an inbetween, don't suck to hard just do it gently and then after a minute or so go back to trying to get him off again that way you keep him engaged but still give him some time to recover (or you can go for the balls to do this).
