For the same reason that some people prefer to have a variety of different friends rather than just one best friend. Society has conditioned us towards monogamy, so much so that it now seems like the only acceptable, 'proper' choice, whereas in reality it's much like women wearing dresses. You don't need to wear a dress - the people who care that you do probably aren't very intelligent, and there's no actual valid reason to do so, but that won't stop people trying to convince you otherwise. Because monogamy has been so normalised, we're made to feel like there's something wrong with someone who wants more than one partner, or who looks around, or who doesn't settle down at all. It doesn't matter their gender, people who want to have a variety of different partners are just normal people making valid life choices. They don't owe it to anyone to settle down.

in fact monogamy is not fully natural. if you look at all other species on this planet, very few practice any rough form of monogamy, though there are a few species out there which is why i said "not fully natural" along with the fact it's mostly a human construct.

I could ask "why are some girls sluts and some are ladies?" Or I could ask "Why do some girls make a career their highest priority and others make their family their highest priority?"

There's a wide variety in both genders and that makes it more likely that each of us can find a partner with whom we are mostly compatible. So, instead of questioning the differences, celebrate the fact that they exist!

Some guys do, but when a guy gets more mature he would be wanting a woman that will love him and care for him. A family with a wonderful wife that would love me, she would be ok to go to bed knowing that I would want the best for her and she would probably deserve more than me

More so much with women than men even though it makes women look like sluts with a bunch of guys. But a woman can't force a man to be in a relationship with her if he doesn't want to. She better pay attention to the red flags and not ignore it hoping he will change his mind because she will get played.
