I would say that women are just as horny as men. If this wasn't the case, then we wouldn't have reproduced at the rate that we have. I know that I am, definitely. I honestly don't think I would enjoy life anymore if sex was no longer possible. However, I do believe that because of things such as double standards in society, men and women have different ways of expressing that horniness. Men are commonly more open about their sexuality while women usually tend to keep low-key out of fear of being called a "slut" and its many variations. That can make women seem less hornier than men when that's not true. Still, you do have some women that wear those labels proudly and make it known that they're for the streets. Another thing that can make women seem less horny than men is what seems to be a lack of desire to have sex constantly. The thing is, men and women are built differently. After a man does his thing, he could be ready for another round shortly after. Women usually have to wait a while because unlike penises, vaginas get sore after being pounded for long periods of time. Because of this, women need some time to "recover." Men don't feel as sore because they're sticking their penis into a rather soft and wet hole.

And this has led to the assumption that women don't get as horny as men - we get very horny if not hornier than some men. Most of the time, we don't allow our feelings of desire or lust guide us which also leads to that assumption. Of course, this is a general statement and there are exceptions to everything.
