Why was this guy... wet... at the movie theater?

so this (extremely shy) guy and I went on a movie date. I’m his first girl he’s ever liked. We sat reaallll close to each other. Like our arms were brushing against each other.   • I would think if he pissed himself you would of smelled it or at least caught a vibe from how he was acting. Is it possible a drink spilled on him and you didn't notice. Lastly it's possible it was sweat. He might of been extremely nervous being on a date and sitting so close. I would imagine if he was sweating that much you would of felt it on your arm seeing as you guys sat so close your arms were touching. My guess would be spilled drink or sweat. A person can sweat excessively when nervous or not feeling well and it can happen to anyone it doesn't necessarily mean it happens all the time
