Is anyone else having a delay with their stimulus check?

I know that they are still going out, but check online to be sure you qualify still. I only say this because my friend got the first stimulus check but can’t get this one. I guess what she makes/made is a bit out of range now.

I have been unemployed since April 2020... i made really nothing off that job. I know i qualify

I’d honestly check again. Promise I’m not just saying this, but my friend was immediately released from her job when covid hit, and they basically paid her in acorns. She hardly made anything and has two kids. Apparently you had to have made a certain amount, and she didn’t reach it. I honestly haven’t checked myself, because I got mine over the weekend, but she was just explaining it to me on the phone yesterday. I have no idea how that would even work, like making too little to get the check, but that’s what’s happening for her allegedly.

Thats just messed up! Im so sorry for your friend. Like this isn't making any sense. Im barley scrapping by trying to help my parents and make ends meet. I can't even make it on my own yet and can't afford much. I feel awful your friend and her children are struggling. This isn't fair to many people. This shouldn't even be an issue. I know people like me and your friend and most of us qualify like this is sad.

Ugh, I’m so sorry. It’s actually so disgraceful, how other countries are taking care of their citizens, and even our $600 is such a joke. I’m hoping they offer something more sufficient for us, we all need it desperately. I also hope your check is just late and on it’s way, there are a lot of people who haven’t gotten it yet!
