Why would The Creator make a woman start ovulating at 13 or 14 years old, if she wasn't ready for sex? Again, I'd say limited by financial responsibility. *They're old enough to handle any consequences as a result of sex, *They're of legal consenting age.
(some girls have lied about their age and then men could get charged with statutory rape, which if they know the person isn't legal age and still do, they should, but not right if they didn't, yet still get charged)

I don’t think there is a proper age. Everyone is different and so we make up our own minds. Obviously you need to be physically mature and also sufficiently mentally mature. I think for most people this is probably in the range of 15 to 17.

Its not an age. Its a maturity level. In history there were children married and running a farm and taking care of kids. Today we have 30 year olds who are basically behaving as children and need their parents and society to help them with everything.

I think its best to wait for marriage. If you're mature enough to get married then you're mature enough to have sex.
