The problem isn't you/your body - the problem is that this is a god-awful picture that makes it impossible to draw any real conclusions.
If you want to know what people think about how you look, then you need to post a picture that allows them to completely ignore the photography (if the quality of the photography is good, you won't be thinking about the photography) and be able to focus on YOU. That means: have someone ELSE take a picture of you, preferably outdoors during daylight, in the shade, without the sun or bright lights in the background. You want to be in solid shade so there are no rays of sunlight shining through, but outdoors in daylight so there is a ton of scattered light.
If you can't do that, then at least take your pics in a fully-lit (bright!) kitchen or bathroom, with lots of light coming from different directions, but none directly facing the camera, and if you are using the mirror, do not use a flash on the camera. Never take pics in a dark room unless you are using extra lighting - and a flash on the camera itself should only be a last resort.
