Should I get bottom surgery? (transgender) ?

  • Actually its more of a sexual turn on. For short term relationships. The man may adore you, but its his worry that his friends will find out and accuse him of being gay. Long term relationships keeping your penis generally will never work unless the man has some heavy bi tendencies. Even then it is difficult soley due to social discrimination. An openly gay man wouldn't care, but gay men are not really into the transgender. You're identifying as a female. I'm transsexual, meaning I identify as female/woman, not on hormones but was born with a female like body and feminine aspects. But I'm interchangeable and can be both masculine and feminine. Dominant though either way. I've been through this my whole life, and do know what I'm speaking of and based on much documented research and psychology/ and sexual behavioral psychology. Although bi, I definitely prefer biological females for any long term settled relationship, however, I have a very open mind as life changes. As trans If you look female/feminine id be attracted to you , even more than a biological female if you were post surgery. For me at this stage in my life I'd be prepared and strong minded to love whomever I make a decision to be with and defend it despite social pressure. Having your penis is not a deal breaker for me.   • As a trans girl, you have options.
    You can stay as you are with a penis and testes
    You can get your nuts chopped off - oligarchy
    You can get everything chopped off and -
    - a small vagina with no insertion
    - a nice vagina that will take insertion
    Just know that any surgery you have is permanent - no turning back.
    My advice is to find a group that is Transgender friendly and supportive. Google it.
    I belong to a group in Sacramento that is Trans friendly and I know a number of girls going through some for of HRT all the way up to surgeries.
    Me, I just dress and look cute.

  • Don't listen to the haters. They have probably never met a transgender person. There is nothing wrong with being transgender. I have several close friends who are MTF transgender. As to whether you should get bottom surgery, that is something you have to decide. Are you into girls, guys, or both? I am a bi girl and I have a thing for trans girls. I prefer that they still have their original equipment. LoL.

    If I met a "trans woman" living as a woman, and I got to know her, and REALLY care about her, thinking she was a woman, I don't think that I would care, if she decided to keep her penis, and testicles, but I think most have their testicles removed.
    I want to believe that I am open-minded enough, and our relationship is good, and we have a lot in common!
    I'm sure that there would be a VERY interesting conversation, at some point, but HER being a "HER" with a penis, I don't think would be any bother, because we had already established a good relationship, before I knew!
    What kind of ASSHOLE would reject someone, that they were in a good relationship with, loving, caring, over something that is so superficial?
    Obviously, there would be some things to discuss about "Who's on Top" and so on!! LOL!!

  • There are people out there who will want you as you are so that in its own is a reason not to have bottom surgery.

    Personally and this is just me I would be able to date a trans woman but personally it would have to be someone going to have or already had bottom surgery I just wouldn't be comfortable sleeping together and ending up having a sword fight.

    But please do not take my position on this to heart its just how I feel.

  • For most guys. But it should be about what you want. Do you want a penis and testicles dangling in between your legs and causing constant discomfort? Or do you want a nice flat crotch that doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb at random times?

  • Honest question... have you had top surgery? If so, what do you do with your penis now? Do you masturbate etc?
    If yes, you have to ask yourself will you miss that when once removed? Big move it is

    • no top surgery but hormones made me grow breasts. i do masturbate and i think after surgery its still possible to masturbate unless they mess up the surgery

    • I would think researching the chances of “messing up the surgery” would be... can you imagine not being able to get off? This would be the deciding point for me, honestly. It’s one thing for others to “not be turned on” because of what I have or look like, it’s a completely different animal altogether if I couldn’t orgasm. Thoughts? Plus to answer your question, I’ve never been with or seen a transgender naked so it sure what it would do I guess. Love boobs though LOL

  • Personally, i only care about femininty. If you are a petite girl, i don't care if you have a penis between your legs. I find it rather different and sexy tbh. Hotter than a cis girl, more stuff to do! Most guys would agree with me i think.
