Why did this boy bully me?

Question

A boy at school was spreading sex rumors that he fingered me and how I had oral sex with him which is completely false.

why would he do this to me? I never did anything to him and have never been bullied so Im hurt this is happening to me.

Too many reasons for a guy to become a verbal bully.

My suggestion is,

1) ignore him.
He wants attention from you. Don't give it to him.

2) when asked, tell the truth. Guard your "body language" so as not to appear defensive. Concerned authorities only need to know "yes" or "no".

3) fight back only when you have approval from school authorities. Otherwise it will create a scene, which is what he wants.

Somehow, I think its like attraction. We just find a person "attractive" when we have a crush. Haha maybe he crushes on you? I don't know. Ask a professional haha.

You can contact the school authorities and tell him in front of the whole class that you are getting the police involved for bullying , harrasment , defamation , mental trauma and shit.

You don't actually have to do that , just show him you are capable of doing that

If you don't stop it now , there will be more rumours and blackmailing. Trust me , these things spiral out of control if the person doesn't actually see you as a threat and thinks it's okay to say anything and you would tolerate it
