  • The answer to this question depends almost entirely on how you define "virgin."

    1. If virgin means "intact hymen" . . . then a 12 year old girl who had a sports accident and ruptured her hymen as a child is not a virgin, but a girl who has never had PIV sex but given every guy in town a blow job is a virgin.

    2. If virgin means "never had PIV sex" . . . then the village blow job queen is a virgin and so is the girl who's had anal sex with every boy in town.

    3. If virgin means "innocent and lacking intimate knowledge about sexual matters. . . then the village blow job queen is not a virgin, the anal sex queen is not a virgin, but the 12 year old with the ruptured hymen is a virgin.

    So how do you define virgin? And why is it important?

  • Yeah, to me losing virginity means strictly penis in vagina. As for what I think of a 24 year old virgin? Not much. Does not matter one bit. If it's by choice? Great. Whatever makes you happy. If it's not by choice? Don't worry, you'll find someone. No rush. Better to be patient and enjoy yourself than rush and ruin the experience.

  • I’d tend to class female virginity as something like vaginal insertion of an object, by another person, for the purpose of sexual stimulation. Most commonly a penis but could be a strap-on etc. You’ve gone about as far to losing a virginity as it’s possible to get without technically doing so though.

  • Losing your virginity requires intercourse in my opinion. But then again I have always thought of virginity as an abstract concept used to shame people.

    Being a virgin at 24 is nothing to be ashamed of. If it's your choice, more power to you. Just don't let people make you feel ashamed of yourself.
