Depends with what intent. Brief more sexual relationship? Probably. Long-term serious relationship? Most likely not, but I wouldn't say never.

You see, to me sex work is a form of exploitation, and as with many other professions, I look down on it. I'm not against dis-criminalizing it, I'm not against the people who do it, but I'd not be willing to engage in any sort of relationship with someone who does it because they exploit vulnerable men to take their money, somewhat like a scam. As for pornstars? Well, they literally have intimate relations with strangers constantly, that's very upsetting and somewhat wrong in a biological level. I do know people who are into it (open relationships, polygamy, cuckolding) and for those people it might work, for me it doesn't.

Now to the rule of exception: It could happen that somehow I fall in love with someone who does it, if time passes and either I become accepting of it or the other person somehow turn my head I could be able to do it, but the probability of that happening is next to zero.
