Boyfriend watches porn based on ethnicity?

I’m white and my boyfriend mostly searches for porn based on ethnicity. He watches mostly Indian porn.

Yesterday, a girl messaged him that we used to work with and she’s Mexican. Today, I saw in his search history that after watching Indian porn, he also searched for Mexican porn.

Is this a normal things that guys do?

When I watch porn, I watch something that I would like to do with him and I don’t imagine myself having sex with another guy in mind. This behaviour worries me and makes me feel quite insecure about myself. He hasn’t told me that he watches porn like that and hasn’t hid the fact that he does watch porn, I just saw it in the search history.

    I think its reasonable to think that he has a preference for that sort of woman and I would understand if you didn't want to live your life thinking of yourself as second best or something but you are really there with him in the real world so if you have something thats working for you maybe dont be too quick to throw it away.

  • Yes, that is common. Some people have a fetish for particular races and while sexually attracted to them, doesn't necessarily mean that they want a relationship with someone of that ethnicity. It is purely sexual fantasy.

    It's also common for guys to imagine themselves having sex with a porn star they see, or a girl they saw earlier, but again, that's just sexual fantasy. There is no emotional connection.

    You don't have anything to worry about, especially if there isn't any attempt being made to hide his porn history. It's the things he actually tries to hide that you need to be concerned about.
