In most same and modern countries you’re not allowed to play judge, accuser or police yourself. That’s a good thing, because in the cold days before this (when the ships were still made of wood and the men of steel, the time of the banana war) we lynched / burned / slain also the innocent ones. Therefore we have now in enlightened societies a judiciary system.
Here you can denounce a pedophile to the police. The police will take it from there.
If you are the victim yourself of a molester you are allowed to defend yourself, depending on the country and state this could mean that you killing the attacker would not forcefully mean that you would need to go to prison but you will be charged and will need to defend yourself in court with a lawyer. This defense needs to be linked to an active situation of molestation, if you kill a molester by shooting him in the back 6 months after date because you followed him and killed him when he did not see you you’ll still be treated a murderer. You might get a couple of months off your sentence if the judge considers it mitigating factors.
And no, I’m not defending molesters or pedophiles, I think they deserve heavy punishment, but not by my hands.

As long as it's self defense, I'd imagine, yeah. But I doubt you can know someone is a pedophile and then just walk up to them and start beating them up. And I doubt even if someone had molested someone earlier in life if the victim can just walk up to the perpetrator years later and start beating them up. But if it's in the moment, yeah, I'd imagine that's almost certainly self defense.

NOPE. That would land YOU in jail. You cannot be judge and jury. Up to the courts. Person has to be charged, tried and convicted and then the system beats them up.

You are allowed to defend yourself from direct attacks in the moment. You are not allowed to attack someone after-the-fact, no matter what they have done.
It's the job of the Justice System to capture those criminals and prosecute them in court. If you become a vigilante and are caught, the Justice System isn't likely to be kind.
True story , i woman woke up to find her husband, with her young 7 year old daughter and she had her clothes off and he was doing what you can imagine. Anyway she set him on fire, poured gas on him when he went to sleep and lit him up. This wasn't later or after the fact. It was immediate that same night. He ran outside and into a corner store yelling help me. She is in jail waiting trial. she is getting charged with attempted murder i believe if i remember right. Now when you find anyone hurting your family and even worse your kids, you are not gonna think legal, Morales, letting the law handle it. Your gonna react. and depends on what it is that happened i would say as to how you react. And when that happens im sorry but hell no it should not be a issue as to what you did so legal or not but rather why they deserved it and sexual pedophiles should be dealt with as they are released to often. ever go on a site to see how many registered offenders live near you. You just Might be shocked. i just looked we have 73 within 3 miles. best one is DRU SJODIN NATIONAL SEX OFFENDER PUBLIC WEBSITE
I look at it like this if I'm not allowed to do that the I would think it would be ok for me to take him 1/2 of a heart beat. Away from ending his life
IF your talking as the dude is doing it ,, don't hold back do what EVER YOU HAVE TO. .. IT HAPPEN TO A FRIEND OF MINE , NOW THIS GUY WAS 3 TIMES BIGGER THAN HER SHE TRIED TO. FIGHT AND HE BEAT THE FUCK OUT OF HER,
I can't tell you what happen when I found him because if I say it out loud I could get in trouble for the first time second time and the third time the 4th time my friend was with me and after I reminded him what he did he fell on the ground and then my friend kicked him in the face a few time I had to stop her from cutting his dick off after I got her calm down she called to police and he told the police that he raped my friend because a little bird told him every time I ran in to him I was well not be happy and he would always going to end up on the ground and worse

No, you are not. And I would strongly advise against it, because you will suffer the consequences.
If you have proof, just report them to the police and they will do the rest. If you don't have proof, then acquire some. If you can't acquire any proof, you might be targeting the wrong person.
If you were the target of any molestation, and did not act against it, then you may still report it to the police, and hope that the person kept some "memories" that can be used as evidence.

No... but, if they were caught in the act a dad will seldom be charged. There was a guy in Texas that caught his employee (on his farm) taking the clothes off of his 4 yr old daughter. A couple punches and the dude fell and hit his head on a rock. Killed him. Dad was never charged. If it's after the fact and you hunt them down... you're going to jail. A relative of my wife, in Colombia, he paid for a hit. Rapist died. If the penalty was high enough here the rapes would drop fast.

No, in Western society, they should be arrested, tried and convicted, and then sentenced to what would be considered "Reasonable" punishment. Some have been know to fall down, quite frequently, during the arrest process, or even before, should family members become away of some abuse. Accidents happen, and I certainly AM NOT condoning violence, and abuse, in any way.

You're legally allowed to defend yourself if that's the question. If it's more about seeking retribution, then just try to get away the best you can, that's no longer a legal option.

As long as you are defending yourself from harm you can beat the pulp out of him and I really hope you do. If you wait days after the attack to kill your attacker you can be charged with premeditated murder.
In most countries "self defence" extends to defence of others. So if you catch them in the act, go for it.

No because it's punishing a crime with another crime. Common people almost universally see that as justice but there is a reason the law in civilised countries doesn't work that way. It is barbarous chaos and not order.

Generally no, sadly. If it was the case I’d make it a hobby. “Beat the shit out of a sex offender Saturday!”

Technically no, but most law enforcement turn a blind eye to it. Personally i believe it should be legal to end the life of any rapist or sex offender.
assuming they were convicted and proven true that is.

simple answer: no you are not. "beating the shit out of someone" does not sound like a defensive act. the law is there to create justice. self justice is not allowed.

Unfortunately not, although you can use reasonable force to defend yourself.

In revenge, no, it's not legal. It should be, and I don't that I'd convict if I was on a jury for that.

During the attack, yes you are. That is self-defense. After the fact, you are not. Since the immediate danger has passed, that is now purely in the hands of police and lawyers.
No, assault by any reason is still assault. Now unless he/she is actively doing it towards you or someone else, then it be self defense but if he/she isn't then you be charge with assault

Only if it's self-defense, like with anybody else. You can't make different laws for different people.

No... but depending on what exactly they did, I would disregard the law, especially if it were my child. Only if I was sure I could get away with it though.

You are allowed to use reasonable amounts of self defense. Shooting him in the head could still get you in jail (not murder, but homicide)

No but if you can prove you’ve been molested it’s not likely you’d get in trouble for acting in self defense
