It depends on how he feels also. I think both ways can be fun. If we wanted to get the deed done in a specific place without going through the trouble of removing all our clothes, staying clothed would make sense. I like shorter skirts and my panties can always be pulled down and the guy has easy access and with jeans it would be similar to what the guy does. He is more then welcome to feel up my blouse to fondle my breasts either over or under my bra. We are looking into each others eyes and are still intimate despite being dressed.
