Superb Opinion

  • When my son was young, our cat slept ON the bed when he was asleep.
I had to ban an earlier cat from the bedroom because he was always sneaking in when I was sound asleep, I'd wake up with a start and the cat would hit the wall with a meow!
I am now allergic to cat hair and can't have a pet in the house.
But the idea of a dog, and dogs smell 95 percent of the time, sleeping on or in my bedroom is repulsive.
I grew up with dogs that slept outside in dog houses. I've had cats who slept on our sofa that I had to vacuum assiduously. There was a lot of pet hair and I only had ONE CAT at a time.
IN the bed is a giant no no.

  • I got this cat. I'm not really a cat person. But sometimes she just jumps on my chest on the bed and sleeps there. And she's looking at my face the whole time. It's kind of disturbing. She's just staring at my face with big greenish-yellowish eyes. I let her do it. Then after like ten minutes of staring at my face, she huddles down. Sometimes she puts her paw on my mouth and I'm like, "Ptthtthh Pttthhh!" Then she moves the paw and settles down. Looks like a chicken laying an egg. But it's laying it on my chest. Never pooped on me though. She always do poop in the sand box.

    • My wife get jealous. Because maybe she is slightly more responsible about her with feeding her and playing with her. But she always wanna sleep with me if she sleeps in the bed. But always before she does and jumps onto my chest, she stares at me for the longest time -- like directly in the eyes. I don't know what they're about. I'm trying to tell her that I'm married and I like human girls, not feline ones. Like I think of her as like a daughter at most and baby sometimes because I gotta clean up the sandbox when she poops and her poop smells so bad. I thought cats had okay-smelling poop. I think their poop smells even worse than dogs. I had pet dogs before and my cats poop smells way worse. Stinks up the entire house.

    • I had rabbit once and the rabbit poop didn't smell that bad. It was mild and sort of vegan-like. I thought cats would be same because they are small. But nope. Their poop is hideously smelly. I think even my own poop smell better than cat poop. It is like pure protein poop. It is Arnold Schwarzenegger poop. If someone thinks dog poop smell bad, just try getting a cat. Well, anyway, I do let the cat sleep on my bed sometimes.

  • Like I have a choice. As I'm typing this, my cat is curled up between my elbow and body and keeps grunting when I wake him up. My wife has to sleep in a hospital bed. There is a small set of stairs by it so she has to make room for four cats who come and go during the night and five small dogs who have their reserved spots and sack out until morning.
