Do people chat in pm much?

Question

So here you can be anonymous and say pretty much what you like within reason. So why don't people say it all publically? Is there a need for pm? And what wouldn't you talk about publically?

I don't it's a very laborious DM system on this site. It doesn't have a lot of features that other messengers have and that's why I don't like it. I prefer discord when I want to talk to someone. I say most things in comments but there's a point where it's to annoying to go back and forth in comments and it's easier to chat somewhere else. The only person I talk to in DMs on here is AmandaYVR because she doesn't use any of the messaging apps I use but I still like to talk to her.

I discuss almost everything publicly. PM is pointless since im publicly open. If i wanted to “be alone” and talk privately then i’d just call the person on discord. Otherwise nahh
