For starters... she's 18 and also immature. You're setting yourself up for disappointment.
Talk to her, yes, tell her you found all her chats. And be prepared to exit the relationship.
The one who is ready to leave the relationship is the one with the power.
Prepare yourself to end it, confront her, gently, in a relaxed setting... no yelling.
Ask her why she's got all these sexual experiences and she flirts with other guys but treats you like meh...
Don't turn into an asshole but maybe you need to be more sexually assertive. You mentioned her meh blowjob's but how often do you go down in her? Does she cum with you every time.

To tell you the truth a lot of us girls just do it in the chats. It’s not always real what you are reading. We pretend that we are sluts because we know it turns these men on online.
