Speaking as an older man, a lot of us have had a vasectomy and pose no risk of pregnancy. We also have the experience younger women are looking for. And from the man's point of view, it's a great boost to our ego and self esteem for a young woman to desire us. A big win for everybody.
Like you said, that's an overrated concern. The chances are, maybe lower than that with younger guys, sometimes.
It's just the experience and probable ability of the older men to manipulate the younger ones is the actual concern behind all these stuff.
Because young girls aren’t always responsible with remembering to take their birth control and condom use statistically declines with age, so an older man is probably having sex with her bare. That’s my guess.
Because they assume his just playing with her and will leave her if she gets pregnant.

Very good, and that's true. Comprehensive sex education, including instruction on birth control methods, is effective in preventing teenage pregnancy. In the Netherlands it's common for high school students to have their girlfriends/boyfriends sleep over. No one gets pregnant. I saw a new segment about this. One Dutch girl said "Only stupid people get pregnant"

I am older and responsible but the only time I'll cum inside a woman is if she is on birth control or I wear a condom. I don't trust women who say they track their cycle. I had one woman who wanted me to get her pregnant. I caught her taking the condom off me a couple times.
