My parents stopped spanking me at about 11 because i tried to outsmart them. My dad went to spank me in public and i started screaming bloody murder "don't punch me again" i was trying to make everyone around think he was abusive. My father promptly stopped and just stood there patiently waiting for the crowd of looky lous to disperse and just stared down at me. Finally i peeked between my fingers which covered my face and i hear my father say ok you can quit now your audience is gone. My father didn't spank me nor spank me ever again. That's not to say he didn't discipline me, he did lol. But from then on he talked it out with me. Let me know i'd disappointed him.
