I think you have every right to be suspicious, but I don't think you should be accusatory. Have empathy for her situation, tell her you empathize with her, and ask her to have empathy for yours. You love her, make sure she knows that regularly. And if you desireher sexually, make sure she knows that too, but also make sure she knows that she has nothing to be ashamed of and that you're willing to be totally patient with her. If you don't feel like she's putting effort into your relationship, let her know without being accusatory.
When a marriage devolves to the point that one or neither is putting in effort, it retirees extra effort on one side to rekindle the marriage. Its not fair certainly, and sometimes the spouse who hasn't been putting in effort can come to resent the effort the other is putting in, but if you're persistent, they frequently come to realization.
Something like 75-90% of marriage that almost divorced but didn't became happy marriage again after a couple years.
I'm not saying your situation is this extreme, but I wanted to make sure this gets said if it becomes this extreme.
If you find out she's cheating on you, you have every moral right to leave her. But unless your confident, I wouldn't make any rash assumptions. Even confidence can often be wrong.

Do you know who the friend is? And did she never shave, before going to meet a friend? Maybe it's because of what she was planning to wear or she was actually planning to go somewhere with her friend. And for how long did you two did not have sex? If it's a very long time like 4-5 months or more I say you have a good reason to be worried. If you don't come out of your suspicion you will need to start spying but do it only if you're confident about it and good at spying. You'll get in trouble if you get caught
Yeah, if I have time to shave in the shower I normally will. It doesn't mean anybody is about to see the parts I'm shaving.
