Ugly is hard to define. First of all, I just think dark people, in general, are attractive. You don`t have any disfigurements or obvious issues with your face. You wear glasses, which is cute and make you look sharp. You have nice lips. Maybe experiment with your hair and facial hair and see if there are any looks that suit you. Maybe a goatee or full beard. You look young, you don`t have any bad scars and it looks like you have a nice jawline. You have a great basis, but I think your profile picture is a bit intimidating and doesn`t flatter your best features. Try natural light, with a friendly smile. And not so close to the camera.
