You know, you didn't really have to post a photo of that. We definitely could have taken your word for it. I also don't understand how you can easily post a photo of something that you're insecure about. Nonetheless, to answer the question, I believe people should be judged by their appearance because we have preferences. When considering people or relationships, we do have to determine what characteristics we like in people. However, I do believe that people should be more respectful with their judgements without body shaming others. The problem is that we don't mind judgement in general. Instead, we just generally have a problem with negative judgements. Unfortunately, we can't please everybody. Knowing that, the best thing to do is to not take the negative judgements to heart and focus on the people that judge you positively.
Mild hypoplasia maybe? All humans are pretty ugly on the inside, so our outsides shouldn’t matter. I’m sure you’ll find someone who loves you for you. Sometimes because of the saturation of edited images on social media and all the celebrity images we see we forget that most people just look normal - women and men too. You look normal.

As for judging us guys on our penis size, despite most girls saying they don't, I think it is undoubtedly a negative factor for many women who find themselves with males who are only average or below average ?

I'd say get use to them or see a plastic surgeon. I've been rejected by every woman i've ever asked out. At some point you just learn to accept a life without affection from the opposite gender and just turn off that side of your brain.
