Absolutely it should be legal. Any kind of sex between consenting adults is no one's business but theirs. It certainly isn't the government's business.

The ostensible reason prostitution laws emerged was that prostitution often leads to other crimes (drug use, violence, etc.). But that is not a standard that should ever be used to make laws. You can't commit a crime unless you are born. So being born leads to crimes. Should we make that illegal.

No one should be prosecuted for what they MIGHT do. That's ridiculous and unconstitutional.

It's time to make prostitution completely legal.

Yep. It's not hurting anyone, would b safer for everyone involved, would reduce the need for pimps, and worse things, like tobacco and marijuana, are already legal in many places. Why not?

It's happening regardless of whether or not it's legal, so why not just legalize it so it'll be safer for everyone involved.

I've never understood why prostitution is illegal but being a pornstar isn't. I don't get the difference.
