I'd say no. The male body and sexual machinery down there requires a reset/reload after each one. Fluids need to be reproduced, blood flow redirection for erections and such.

Yes, guys can have multiple orgasms and ejaculate multiple times in a 24 hour period, if one tries hard enough and has the vigor... But x43 in a 24 hour period?
