Is it normal to want to date a virgin?

I'll start.

I'm a 15 year old male. I've never had sex, nor have I withstood a sexual encounter. To keep things relatively simple, I'm saving myself and expect my girlfriends to do the same. Albeit, this came at the detriment of my most recent relationship. My previous girlfriend (who mind you, I loved a lot) had orally pleasured two men.

I had always felt bad subconsciously judging her for her past, but the thought of it was truly disgusting.

Should I kiss my girlfriend on the lips she used to pleasure someone else? The thought irks me.

    And yes, its normal to want a to date a virgin since you're a virgin yourself.

    And as many had written, it takes character to do so and I agree. Hence I'll not write more.

    What I want to say is,

    1) we grow everyday and our thoughts and principles may change (or improve, upgrade 😁) as we age.

    Hence what you believe or felt disgusted now may have a different impact to you say, 10 years down the road.

    Be prepared for that and be respectful to other's choices because who knows one day you could be the person you condemn today.

    2) if you're not ready for sexual activities (and definitely not marriage), then why are you dating?

    No offense, but why start a romantic relationship that will likely end within 2 years or after you graduated from school if sex or marriage is not in the agenda?

    You may want to save your virginity. But is the girl willing to? Leading her and give her false hope is very cruel, especially if she top is a virgin but hope to lose it to a guy she loves.

    To conclude, choose your lifestyle and be happy with it. But also be respectful to others whose lifestyle is different. And if you're not into sex nor marriage for the next 5 years, may I suggest, don't date, yet.

    As a matter of fact, this is a noble thought and indicates that you are not driven by your sexual hormones like, unfortunately, a great number of teenagers are.

    My advice is to wait for as long as you need to in order for you to find the right person that will be the one that you have been dreaming and wanting.

    Now, as for kissing a person that performed oral sex on others, it is indeed an utmost disgusting thought, I must fully agree with you. However, since she is your previous girlfriend, you will not have to lower yourself to do something like that.
