The issue of consent, on a serious note, is a difficult one.

A case a few years ago led to the judge ruling there needed to be explicit consent to the act, implicit consent was not enough. He then jailed a guy for date rape for about ten years. On appeal the appeals judge overturned the conviction on the grounds that by her own admission the girl had removed her own clothes voluntarily, then his pants and shorts. The caveat that was issued to the guy who was then found innocent was that perhaps a girl drunk enough to strip like that for him might be best to leave alone.

In my experience, sex is organic. Unless there's some weird fetish out there about asking permission to perform each act (extreme bdsm?) consent can be inferred by her/his behaviour. If someone doesn't want to go any further surely that should be apparent?

Then again, I've never been accused of rape, so how would I know I suppose...

I'd be highly uncomfortable if I were to put myself in the mindset of a teen or older person, possibly a virgin/inexperienced... hmmmm... videos would be a huge violation of privacy, even with consent. I mean where is the video stored, where is it uploaded to, and for what potential money making opportunities of on-selling... it's almost as cringeworthy as child porn or whatever explicit content circulates the dark web. If videos got done, make sure it's in writing, with signatures in a legal binding agreement that agrees to privacy. It's a real grey area though. I would never do it... unless with a man in a committed monogamous relationship. Yah, this gets me feeling rather squeamish...
