It's a girl you have casual sex with, but not one you get into a relationship with.

Generally, this implies that you don't have much in the way of boundaries, so guys aren't going to be willing to trust you for something serious like a relationship, where their feelings, and potentially even their freedom, is on the line. If you don't have boundaries, they can't trust you not to cheat, or not to lie, or do whatever in order to get what you want or to justify something you did.

They're happy to have sex with you and have a casual relationship with you but they don't trust you enough to risk anything more.

Now, obviously, I don't know you, and I don't know if any of this actually applies to you or not, or if this term was correctly applied to you, or whatever. I'm just explaining what it (likely) means to him.
