Most of the time, it doesn't feel like anything at all. You may as well ask "what does it feel like to have an asshole?" Unless you're using it, it doesn't feel like anything at all.

1. Horny the only probable difference is it slobbers, which feels gross and uncomfortable. This may also happen when not horny.
