I'm sure someone else will be able to say this better than I can, but kissing doesn't necessarily mean attraction. I know plenty of girls who practice kissing with each other just so they can be better at it.
One of my lesbian friends did say (most girls are bi. They just don't know it yet. So that is a perspective on it as well. But as for the kissing thing, it really doesn't mean anything.
