It hurts every time I have sex with my partner?

Sorry for the awkward question
I have only ever been with my partner for 5 years Im 22 and it hurts everytime we have sex.
Even if I’m wet enough (sorry tmi) it hurts so bad an when he like is inside to an lube doesn’t help it has been this way ever since first time and we have had sex a lot but now I’ve noticed as this has happened every time for past 5 years I just can’t enjoy sex like him going in me only foreplay. It hurts so bad an it scares me to do it coz I know it will hurt I have to like try not to yell out in pain when it’s happening even if I’m relaxed an wet enough all that stuff it still hurts so frickin bad can someone explain to me what I can do like it really hard I want to be normal.

Superb Opinion

  • I want to help you with this but I'm not sure anyone can unless you describe the kind of pain. General "pain" isn't really diagnosable. Is it from the friction? STDs can cause pain. So can a cyst or growth and you may want to have yourself checked out.

Sex isn't supposed to be painful.

    • It’s hard to explain the pain but I don't know I think it’s from friction an stretch maybe it just hurts an stings

  • You most definitely need to make the earliest appointment possible in seeing your Doctor/GP or Gynecologist.
This is something not to be taken lightly, and as none of us here are medical professionals we can only give our own personal opinions.
Just one final thing, WHY have you left it, put up with it, for five years without seeking professional advice?

    • Thank you for the MHGirl.

  • Talking about your juicy taco is a little TMI, agreed... but have ya tried some kind of lube (KY or similar?)

Most Helpful Guy

  • Lube should help, but if it does not you probably need some vaginal cream that can only be prescribed by a doctor. Do not be embarrassed. Go see one and hopefully your sex life can then return to normal.

  • You definitely need to consult a doctor, preferably a gynecologist. We are not experts, and we cannot examine you.

  • you dont know why it hurts?

    • Yea I don’t know why it just hurts so bad everytime I don’t know if that’s meant to happen or not but it’s happening for past 5 years

    • i have no idea how you sucked it up for so long, why not talk with a specialist? not sure if anybody in the comment section can actually help

  • You need to see a gynecologist as soon as possible as this is not normal. You may have Endometriosis, or something similar. Don't waste time here on this site by asking. See a medical doctor immediately. Please !!!

  • Maybe a semen allergy

    • @emmamary thoughts?

  • Go to web md websit google or mayo clinic. com please. You've been waited too long. Please get help before too late.

  • I agree with the ladies that have responded (Seek medical attention).
My first thought was his size because that is usually my issue. But when I saw 5 years and all the things you've tried makes me think medical issue.

  • my guess is, you and him started dating in high school

  • Is GAG the most knowledgeable medical website you've consulted about this?

    • Yes as I’m to scared to talk to someone about it it feels embarrassing but I know that I should seek specialist

    • There are medical forums where you talk to much more knowledgeable people than you'll find here. You can get anon advice.
