It depends on the guy, but it is normal for guys to be uncomfortable around busty women. I'm not all that busty (average at best), but my older sister is like a F cup. Guys always act weird around her and just stare at her and her bust. Many (if they are friends with her) act nervous around her all the time. I think it's fairly unavoidable.
