You can press charges without your father being involved, but without a rape kit there is no proof that the man had forcible sex with you or sex with you at all. He will deny it and nothing will come of it. He said/she said it hearsay. Nothing can be proved. If you or anyone you know is sexually assaulted, you or they need to go to a hospital and have dna samples taken before showering or doing anything.
