for those that don’t want to watch or can’t: The woman is wearing a pretty low cut outfit barely exposing her breasts and as she was talking she catches Conan looking at them. She tells him to focus and Conan looks ashamed and says sorry. However Conan explains basically (paraphrasing) that it’s unfair to chastise him for looking when she wears something like what she’s wearing.

First she gets massive implants, and then she wears a VERY low-cut top on TV. That was no accident, and I promise you that she isn't unaware of what was going to happen. But some women do that intentionally so they can shame men, so I'm glad Conan called her out on it.

If you dress like a policeman, people will think you are one. If you dress like a chef, people will think you are one. If you don't want to be looked at that way, then don't dress that way.
