vasectomy guy here I'll chime in, I got a vasectomy in 2015, there is a scar, but in the words of my doctor, if a girl can see it or find it, you are a very lucky guy. I think I know where my scar is but I'm honestly not sure.
You can always ask him for the medical record if you're worried. A lot of vasectomy failures happen because guys rock and roll before verifying their sperm is cut off. You need to go back to the doc after snipping. Ask him about it.
My vascetomy was in 2019. My doctor had me take in two semen samples after thr sperm was supposed to be gone. Both showed 0 sperm so it was a success.

While I have not had one there will be a very small scar on the underside of his scrotum. Ask him to show it to you so you can be sure.
You won’t be able to tell. Even just 2 months after my hubs surgery I couldn’t tell.
What bothers me is it seems you didn’t consent to him cuming inside you. Definitely talk to him about that.
If it was years ago it's probably healed up. I mean trying to spot one patch of wrinkly fucked up looking skin there? Like looking for a specific piece of hay in a haystack

If it was years ago, the scars have probably healed and you wouldn't be able to see them. But, the only way to be 100% certain is to have him do a sperm test at the doctor's office and then have them determine his sperm count.

There's no way to tell after the fact. Since he pulled out before I have trouble believing he got a vascetomy years earlier. I would never pull out, I got a vascetomy.
