On nights out, what I'd do is overshoot my standards in a nightclub so that none of the girls are attractive, knowing by the time of closing that all of them would be attractive. Then I made a rule never to get frisky with girls after 2 AM since that would be the spot when my normal standards would fall below my usual threshold.
