Does it sound like my boyfriend has a pregnancy fetish?

I told him as a joke that I would probably look like a dumpling if I got pregnant 😂 and he said that I would look even more beautiful and sexier pregnant and this just made me think”does this dude have a pregnancy fetish?” I don’t think so though? He always talks about having kids with me, marriage, and moving in together not just me being pregnant but when he said that I would look even more beautiful and sexier pregnant that kinda weirded me out like what 😂. He also told me that being a dad was one of his biggest dreams which I found super adorable but I just found the pregnant comment weird and confusing because how would I look better that way?
