Should I say something that my sister's boyfriend started having sex with me?

I share apartment with my older sister and last night about 230 am I woke up with my sister's boyfriend in my bedroom and bed on top of me going in me to have sex. I kept saying no and stop but he kept in me and said just let him finish. I got to turn on the light and then he saw it was me and not my sister. He was really drunk and then said sorry and went to my sisters room. He never did anything like this before and been so nice to me. Should I say anything to my sister or just drop it. I think he was just drunk and thought he was in my sister's room.

  • This is very twisted. There are so many ramifications on this I don’t even know where to start.

The number one you need thing to ask yourself was this in your mind consensual or not? If you felt violated and gave him a hard no (not a “no yes” but a solid NO) this was forcible rape plain and simple.

In that case you have two options: confront him about it or go straight to the police. If you do confront him about it and he in ANY way tries to blame you, dismiss it, threaten you, gaslight you then go to straight to the police. However if he gets on his knees and begs for forgiveness then I leave him at your mercy. You literally have him by the balls. Your choice on where to go from there

I get how hard this must him being you sisters boyfriend. But him being drunk is zero excuse. I’ve been drunk and in questionable circumstances when I was younger before. But if a girl didn’t consent I always immediately stopped no matter what.

  • I don't buy the excuse that he was drunk. If you don't tell your sister, then she will think that you were hiding it. This will probably break up her relationship with the boyfriend, but I don't think you have any choice about how to proceed, and he doesn't sound like much of a boyfriend.

  • Prob not. Best lock your door in future. Its really just your word against his.

  • Put it this way.

do you want your sister whom I assume you love, to have a relationship with a guy who basically raped her (yes it was you).

ignoring the drunk bit, this is what actually happened.

how many times, should your sister face being forced in to sex?

  • You were raped. You should have immediately informed the authorities and your sister. Alcohol isn't an excuse and never was.

  • Well, he needs to get help for his alcoholism. What he did was rape you and you should have called the police on him. He knew what he was doing but if his drinking was so bad you need to take action. You need to tell your Sister cause this sad

  • She will probably know even without you telling her.

  • It's better if you don't tell her

    Which can spoil their relation

    • And let a rapist off the hook? I’m trying to determine if tondi was truly consensual or not. She says she told him “no” but didn’t say anything about rape or her feeling violated (did she enjoy it). Very dangerous territory here. But the above is what matters. If she enjoyed it (and it wasn’t rape) that’s one thing. But if this guy forcefully violated her with no consent that’s a radically different story. That’s a heinous crime and needs to be reported.

    • Ya I didn't think that way

    • Ur true I apologize for my comment

  • Yes, report him to the police, because he raped you.

  • Um, yeah. It was a mistake on his part but she really needs to corral Mr. Stud.

  • What the fuck, he knew it was you tell your sister

  • Thats freaky

  • Probably a mistake. If it doesn't happen again then assume it was

  • Say it that's fucked up plus

  • I’d tell your sister.

  • I think if you want to be nice just drop it, he dident know it was you, unless your so close with your sister that she would be offended if she found out years later that you kept it from her.

  • Gee, i wonder if hallmark makes a card that says " i'm sorry i penetrated you instead of your sister... my bad".

  • Sounds 'rape' to me...

  • I don't know hard to say. If you known him long time and never seen this type of thing before then I would let it go.

  • no keep it your secret

  • What the fuck kind of boyfriend is that? He shove his dick in anything while drunk? Tell your sister
