I wish I would get noticed by strangers in public and actually get hit on by someone. If I could surprise a stranger glancing at my cleavage in my low cut shirt or at my tight leggings on the bus or in the mall, it would make my day. Not a weird question at alk (if you're into showing off I wouldn't mind PMs with pictures either) but one way is to check your local laws (assuming you're in the US https://gotopless.org/topless-laws) and if it's legal just go topless in public.
