I think a lot of the attraction is the novelty and the culturally instilled submissiveness. Second generation Asians who grow up in western countries are not as "attractive" because they've already been "spoiled" so to speak because they more readily accept the western culture and do not see life through the same eyes as girls born outside of the US. Just my observation, not a judgement of Asian women. I will say though, after dating many girls of varying ethnicity American girls (ethnicity is irrelevant... to me) were the least attractive (personality wise). Latinas born outside of the US were and are the most attractive to me. Personality... My first two wives were Black, born and raised in the US. Horrible marriages. My most fun girlfriends ever were all Latinas and my wife of 17 years is latina. Everyone has to come to their own conclusions, this is the result of my life experience.

I am dating a 57 year old Chinese woman. I have dated women of many different nationalities and ethnic origins during my lifetime, but I have dated very few Asians. I do not have a Yellow Fever/compulsion to date Asians, but I really do like the girl I am dating now.

Sure why not? Everyone has preferences. As a white guy Asian women are exotic and more rare for me to see so they catch my eye more. Plus I've found Asian girls very attractive for many years.

people are attracted to other people irrespective of country, ethnicity, shape, size, hair colour etc.

Not 'white men', SOME men. Asian culture has a more respectful approach to how men are respected and treated in a relationship. Asian women are more subservient, more respectful, less dominate. In other words, they don't argue about every fucking thing.

Yes. Asian women are gorgeous and very loving and caring. I married one. Great bodies, pretty faces and very gentle, in my experience. Although some Asian women are completely batshit crazy. Also, western men, like me from Scotland, and American guys, are much more fun and more adventurous than Asian men.
