Do you think this guy was messed up?

I just spoken to a guy on here who doesn't mind guys who defend or don't mind female pedophiles having sex with young boys, but when I told him my friend doesn't mind male pedophiles having sex with young girls, he said he would beat him up.

I think he is deeply prejudiced and has issues as he can't accept other people's opinions and assaults people for it and doesn't mind female pedophiles or those who condone them. He is therefore just as bad as my friend by his logic, but he sees himself and the men who don't mind female pedophiles as superior or OK.

Is it just me or is he totally fucked up? And I know there are several men like that with such a mindset. I think it's scary.

Yes I think he is messed up for a slightly different reason. He said he would commit an act of violence (assault) against someone else who expressed the feelings he disliked even though he had similar feelings to the same thing just with different genders. I personally think if someone else is willing to or actually assaults another person because of an opinion that they have or because they way they convey their opinions to the person that does not like or agree with the opinion then it is very clear that person most likely needs some long term anger management classes and shouldn't come out until they can deal with not committing or threatening to commit acts of violence towards people with opinions they dislike.

Guys can be quite insensitive and aggressive. And double standards are also messed up. Like a guy who said that gay sex is bad because god said it was bad, and I asked him "so you don't like lesbian porn, right?" and he said "no lesbians are fine, because it's hot." I never talked to him again after that.
