Do prisoners male/female allow to have birth control or condom?

It probably depends on the jail/prison. One of my friends who spent a couple years in for aggravated burglary, and aggravated assault said the guys getting it on would tear off pieces of the trash can liners, you know, if using anything.

Prisoners are strictly segregated by sex, though maybe that's shifting with the whole trans movement. I could certainly see a 50/50 of being arrested, saying I'm a woman and having a much easier time in jail... or winding up very mutilated/dead very fast at the hands of some very unhappy women.

In the US, it depends on the state, and maybe the specific prison. Some states allow it and some don't. I know California allows condoms in their state prisons to help slow the spread of aids and other diseases. I don't know if that applies to county and city jails, and probably does not apply to federal prisons within the states.

I'm sure for females if they medically need birth control they can get it. They usually have a doctor there that prescribes pills. I don't think they do it for sexual reasons just medical.

No... Because sex is not allowed. At least outside of conjugal visits but then everything is provided by the visiting person.

I'm assuming during a visit with their partner if they want one. But sense I'm assuming that prisons are not co ed, they likely don't need one if people choose sex with fellow inmates but that of course is a choice for same sex sex

i can't imagine they'd be allowed to not finish their cycle of meds, but after that a female shouldn't be allowed them. as for a man, whether an inmate or conjugal visit, should be mandated a condom

I'm not aware of any First World country that houses male & female inmates together. Birth control is therefore not provided

in the united states the prisoners are seperated by gender so there's no need for birth control or condoms

In the states at least, sex is not permitted between inmates. Its supposed to be punishment. Not a singles retreat. So no, birth control and condoms are not allowed.

I don't know about the females. But I highly doubt they pass out condoms to men. Cause they can use it to smuggle things like drugs.

Since prisoners are generally segregated by sex, birth control should be a non-issue. And they're not SUPPOSED to be fucking each other in the ass, so I doubt condoms are supplied.

They are not allowed sexual partners, that is why AIDS runs rampant among men prisoners. Females aren't allowed sex toys so they make their own.

Do you really need that. Technically its all women in one prison and all men in the next prison. So hypothetically you do not need those measures between prisoners.
