Based on this particular scenario, I would be put off, because it's too soon. I'd want to wait at least a couple years after being in a committed relationship. So sex before we were even official would be wayyy too soon. And frankly, if my partner tried to seduce me that early on, I would perceive her as the promiscuous type and probably lose interest in her.
But, if the scenario was different, and we were in a committed relationship of a couple years, with the expectation of marriage in the future, then I would welcome it.
