For short term I prefer more aggressive, for long term it really doesn't matter as long as they're a masochist. I've met shy, demure masochists, and very eager confident masochists, so that one is kind of a non-issue there, both of them end up in sub-space after a few careful minutes, fully under my control and direction after a couple times, so meh, however the scene starts doesn't matter so much if I know how the middle and ending every time.

For me it depends on the length of the relationship. I like it when a girl is a bit shy and less confident, only to grow bolder and more confident as the relationship grows. It's a different type of intimacy that I very much appreciate. Good communication and no judgement is the key there.

1 0 0 0I suppose sexually confident but "true confidence", not like someone flaunting it but comfortable with sexuality. Like there is some practical level of modesty there. Actually I think confidence and modesty are somewhat compatible but turbulent ideas.
1 0 0 0In bed definitely confident. In the streets I like her to be kind of shy.
