Given that homosexual activity kills so many people, should we as a society discourage homosexuality activity?

Specifically, engaging in anal sex leads to the spreading of the AIDS virus, which kills tens of thousands of innocent Americans every year. I am not homophobic. I don't think gays should be punished. I just think that instead of teaching people that homosexuality is acceptable, we should teach them it's unacceptable.

And anal sex isn't like vaginal sex because vaginal sex isn't nearly as deadly. Moreover, vaginal sex is necessary for the continuation of the human race.

You can get HIV from vaginal sex too. A man can get HIV from fucking a woman who is positive and a woman can get it from the man who fucks her if he is positive. It is actually more likely that the insertive partner will contract HIV by fucking a woman than a man because the HIV virus lives in the vaginal fluid and there is usually a lot of it. It is just less frequently contracted that way compared to gay anal sex because the virus is much more prevalent in the homosexual community and it is still easier to contract the virus as the receptive partner during gay sex than the insertive partner in straight sex.

I think homosexuals should be encouraged to have protective sex rather than discouraged to do it at all. We can't stop them from doing it and it is highly unethical to persecute people for their involuntary sexual orientation. Luckily there is now preventative medication for HIV as well as preventative barriers used for sex such as condoms.

I have noticed that since gay rights have progressed anal sex has too. It’s because it is inherently gay. It also hurts a lot of women. I can usually tell a guy is gay when he likes it because he gets irrational when confronted and very homophobic. Remember guys- the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
